PAT Testing
Portable Appliance Testing. All portable appliances should be tested on a regular basis to ensure no damage has occurred and it’s safe to use.
FAT Testing
Fixed Appliance Testing. All fixed appliances should be tested on a regular basis to ensure no damage has occurred and it’s safe to use.
EICR
Most insurance companies require you to have a valid certificate. The validity of these certificates can vary from one to five years. It is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure that they have one.
Eectrical Completion Certificate
at the end of any electrical work carried out, the electrician should issue a completion certificate for the relevant work carried out. All our works will receive such certificate.
Emergency lighting testing
On a daily basis, emergency lighting should be checked to ensure indicator light is illuminated. On a weekly basis, emergency lighing should be tested operationally for 15 minutes. On an annual basis, electrician should test the system for a full three hours.
